Ryan Beiermeister, OpenAI’s vice president of product policy, was reportedly fired in January following a sex discrimination allegation from a male colleague.

Beiermeister denied the claim, stating it was “absolutely false.” The report indicates her termination occurred after she criticized a new feature for ChatGPT called "adult mode," which would introduce erotica into the chatbot.

OpenAI's CEO of Applications, Fidji Simo, has indicated that the "adult mode" is set to launch in the first quarter of this year.
