Revolut, the British neobank, has submitted an application to Peru’s Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS) for a full banking license.

This move aims to deepen its presence in Latin America, following successful market entries in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.

The application is part of Revolut's strategy to launch a complete digital banking operation in Peru, catering to underbanked users and those seeking multi-currency services.
