Rubrik Inc. (NYSE:RBRK) experienced a significant share price increase of 22.5% following its strong third-quarter earnings report for fiscal year 2026.

The company reported a reduced net loss of $63.8 million, down 51.3% from $130.9 million in the same period last year. Revenues surged 48% to $350.17 million, surpassing expectations of $319 to $321 million.

The growth was primarily driven by a 52% rise in subscription revenues, totaling $336.4 million compared to $221.5 million a year earlier.
