PitchBook has deemed SpaceX's proposed $1.75 trillion valuation in an initial public offering as "justifiable," provided investors adopt a three- to five-year investment outlook and are comfortable with volatility associated with CEO Elon Musk.

The valuation suggests that investors might accept a price-to-sales ratio exceeding 100 times based on current figures.

According to PitchBook, SpaceX could generate $150 billion in revenue by 2040, a significant increase from approximately $16 billion last year.
