SpaceX completed a record $75 billion initial public offering, selling 555.6 million shares at $135 each and securing an initial valuation of approximately $1.77 trillion.

The shares opened at $150 and closed their first Nasdaq trading session at $160.95, representing a 19% increase from the IPO price. The gain lifted SpaceX’s market capitalization to around $2.1 trillion, making it one of the largest publicly traded U.S. companies.
