Stephen has managed and led the international global and regional private banking segments of four systemically important banks namely Coutts, Standard Chartered, HSBC and Lloyds, private equity and family office boutiques and their investee companies such as latterly a global digital payments company. This has included conceiving go-to-market strategies, launching and leading execution and the assembling, deployment and ongoing management of all capital resources (financial and human) for complex financial services businesses, segments or product lines, across multiple operating contexts and borders, principally based out of or covering Asia, Africa, Europe & the Middle East.
